Carbon-Tech 360 Shell
Our proprietary 360-degree carbon fiber layup process eliminates weak points found in traditional stick construction. Every fiber is precision-aligned for maximum energy transfer.
- check_circle UHM+ ultra-high modulus carbon fiber layup
- check_circle Seamless monocoque shaft construction
- check_circle 3K woven finish for superior impact resistance
- check_circle 40% lighter than conventional composite sticks
Cryo-Blade System
The Cryo-Blade System uses a cryogenically treated foam core blade that maintains optimal stiffness at all temperatures, delivering consistent puck feel from the opening drop to triple overtime.
- check_circle Cryogenic foam core maintains -40°C to +20°C performance
- check_circle Dual-density blade face for enhanced shooting accuracy
- check_circle Reinforced toe cap resists chipping and delamination
- check_circle Vibration-dampening sidewalls for soft hands on passes
Engineering Benchmark
Built for the Elite
Among the lightest sticks in the elite tier, without sacrificing durability.
Ultra-High Modulus+ carbon is the same material used in aerospace structural components.
FlexTech's energy return system stores and releases up to 95% of input energy.
Innovation Platform
Aerodyn Technology Suite
Seven proprietary technologies engineered in our Montreal R&D facility, tested by NHL professionals, and refined through 3 years of iteration.
FlexTech Mid-Kick
Precision-engineered flex point positioned at the mid-shaft for maximum power generation on wrist and snap shots. Dual-wall construction stores energy and releases it in a single explosive arc.
Torsion-Lock Blade
Patent-pending blade-to-shaft interface uses a hexagonal carbon sleeve that eliminates blade rotation under load — giving you precise shot placement every single time.
VibeDamp System
Micro-cellular polymer inserts in the blade throat absorb unwanted vibration frequency, giving elite-level puck feel on receives without compromising shot power.
AeroShaft Profile
Aerodynamically optimized oval shaft cross-section reduces drag during skating strides and improves grip comfort for players who prefer a lower hand position.
Cryo-Blade Core
The blade foam core undergoes a cryogenic treatment process at -196°C that permanently realigns polymer chains, producing a stiffer, more responsive blade that retains performance over time.
TackyGrip Coating
Proprietary nano-rubber compound bonded to the top hand zone provides outstanding grip even through wet gloves, reducing grip fatigue on extended shifts.
Flex Recommendation
Finding Your Flex
As a general starting point, your flex rating should be roughly half your body weight in pounds. Forwards often prefer a slightly lower flex for quicker release; defensemen may size up for heavier slap shots.
| Player Height | Weight (lbs) | Recommended Flex | Level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 4'8" | Under 80 lbs | 40–50 Flex | Youth |
| 4'8" – 5'1" | 80–120 lbs | 55–65 Flex | Junior |
| 5'1" – 5'7" | 120–150 lbs | 65–75 Flex | Intermediate |
| 5'7" – 5'10" | 150–170 lbs | 75–85 Flex | Senior |
| 5'10" – 6'1" | 170–195 lbs | 87–100 Flex | Senior |
| 6'1" – 6'4" | 195–225 lbs | 100–110 Flex | Senior |
| Over 6'4" | Over 225 lbs | 110+ Flex | Senior |
Pro Tip: Players who grip low on the shaft or frequently cut their stick should size up 10–15 flex points, as cutting reduces effective flex. Contact our team at fit@t3sports.com for a personalized recommendation.
