Privacy Policy
What T3 Sports collects when you use t3hockey.com or send us an enquiry, why, who sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted — under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000.

- There are no customer accounts. You browse, build a cart and send it to us on WhatsApp.
- We only keep what you send us: contact details with an enquiry, the contact or feedback forms, or your email for the newsletter.
- No tracking or advertising cookies. Visits are counted as anonymous daily totals.
- We never sell your data. Email or WhatsApp us any time to see, correct or delete it.
1Data we collect
A. What you send us
- WhatsApp cart enquiry — your name, phone number, city (optional) and the items in your cart. A copy is saved so our team can follow up, and the same details go into the WhatsApp message you send.
- Contact form — name, phone number, and optionally email and city, plus the topic and message you write.
- Feedback form — name, email, feedback type, rating, optional order reference and your message. Photos you pick are not uploaded.
- Newsletter — your email address, only if you sign up.
- WhatsApp, phone and email conversations — anything you share with us there, such as a delivery address when you order, is used to complete your order.
B. Collected automatically
- Anonymous visit counts — daily totals of page views, items added to cart and carts sent on WhatsApp, and a view count per product. No cookie, visitor ID or name is involved. Details on our Cookie Policy.
- Technical logs — like every website, our hosting and database providers briefly record technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.
- In your own browser — your cart and a few display settings, stored on your device, not on our servers.
C. What we do not collect
- Card numbers, CVV or bank login details — there is no payment on the website. Payment is arranged with our team after your quote is confirmed.
- Passwords — customers never create an account.
- Biometric, health or other sensitive personal data.

3Legal basis under the DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we process personal data on these grounds:
- Consent — when you choose to send an enquiry, fill in a form or join the newsletter
- Legitimate uses — to deliver an order you asked for, and to keep the website secure
- Legal obligation — to keep invoice and tax records for orders, as Indian tax law requires
You can withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to delete an enquiry). Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.
5How long we keep your data

6How we keep your data safe
- HTTPS encryption on every page and every request to our database
- Database access rules: website visitors can only send enquiries and forms, never read anyone's data back
- Only T3 Sports staff can see saved enquiries, through a signed-in admin panel
- No payments or passwords are handled on the website
- Limits on how often forms can be sent, to stop spam and abuse
- If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as Indian law requires
7Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you
- Correction and erasure — fix wrong details or ask us to delete them
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe or ask us to stop using your details
- Nominate — name a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 11)

8Data of children under 18
We sell gear for junior and youth players, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
10International data transfers
Some of the services in Section 4 — WhatsApp, Google, Supabase and Vercel — may store or process data on servers outside India. We use them only for the purposes listed in this policy.
