Can I modify or cancel an order?expand_more
Before dispatch: reply on the same WhatsApp thread — we'll update or cancel free of charge.
After dispatch: cancellation isn't possible, but message us on WhatsApp after delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange case by case.

Shipping is calculated by weight, size and destination pincode, and the exact amount is confirmed with your quote on WhatsApp — no fixed threshold and no surprise charges at the end.

Once your quote is approved and payment confirmed, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Sat). Stock-pending items go out as soon as they arrive.

What is your return policy?expand_more
Returns, replacements and warranty are handled case by case so we can resolve each situation fairly.

- Genuine defects or a wrong/damaged item: we arrange pickup and replace or refund at our cost
- Fit or change-of-mind: items should be unused, in original packaging with tags; any reverse-pickup cost may apply
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days
Generally not returnable: custom-fitted items (heat-moulded skates, name-printed jerseys), inner-wear and mouthguards.
Can I exchange an item?expand_more
Yes — message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a size/flex swap on the same product where stock allows. A different product is treated as a return plus a new order.
How do I find the right size?expand_more
Each product page has a size guide tab with measurement instructions and a fit chart. Quick rules:
- Skates: usually 1–1.5 sizes smaller than your shoe size (US)
- Helmets: measure head circumference 1 inch above eyebrows
- Sticks: chin-height senior, between collarbone & chin intermediate, shorter for juniors
- Apparel: chest measurement is the primary anchor

What flex should I use on my stick?expand_more
Rule of thumb: flex = body weight × 0.5 (in lbs). So a 150 lb player → 75 flex.
- 65 flex — junior, under 130 lbs / 60 kg
- 75 flex — intermediate, 130–170 lbs / 60–77 kg
- 87 flex — senior, 170–200 lbs / 77–90 kg
- 100+ flex — power-shot specialists, 200+ lbs / 90+ kg

After we confirm your quote on WhatsApp, payment is arranged directly with our team. Supported:

- Avoid slamming the stick on the ground or boards
