How to measure
- Sit with your leg bent at a right angle. Measure from the centre of your kneecap down to where your ankle bends (front of the ankle). This is your ATK.
- Find your ATK (or your height) in the chart.
- The knee should sit in the centre of the pad's knee block and the pad should reach your skate toe.
